Was the sky ever so clear? Did the sun always touch me like a lover? Did the earth always hold me up, defying gravity? Was the simple taste of water ever sweeter? I have sailed through stormy waters writhing with unholy things Harrowed by the cries of drowning men Fire ripping through the sails, all hands lost and all guns blazing I have fought my way to peaceful shores again I could search the corners of the world Only the tried can know these treasures for what they are Though the wheel may turn against me I have found my fortune in the value of a single hour And though my breath may only whisper And though my mind would rather soon forget My bones will bear me, and my blood will run I'll know the worth of life and love by every challenge met

about

"Peaceful Shores" was my contribution to "Electronic Saviors: Music to Cure Cancer Volume 1". It was on the bonus disc which came only with a purchase of a physical copy of the compilation. Since the physical copies are all sold out now, I'm able to bring it to you here on Bandcamp, and I will still be donating all proceeds to the ES cause.

You can read the story of Electronic Saviors Vol 1 here -
www.electronicsaviors.com/Vol1/Electonic_Saviors/News.html

You can also still purchase the compilation in digital form at Metropolis Records, and you'll find me as well on Disc 3 on "Jim's Song" by Encoder feat. Jimmy Semtex of Rein[Forced] and Patricia Wake.

We are now looking forward to the release of Electronic Savior Volume 2, which I do have another contribution for, and you can keep up with new on that release here -
